Service Description

Gentle external and internal pelvic floor examination, with your consent. We will look at balance, breathing patterns, core strength and how your brain and core/pelvic floor muscles are engaging and working together. Great for anyone who is pregnant, has ever had a baby, struggling with pain with intimacy, bowel or bladder struggles or incontinence, or difficulty with athletic or activity performance.

Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled before 48 hours of the appointment.
