Service Description

Individualized private Pilates class with experienced Pilates instructor and physical therapist assistant. Great for full body strength training, building from a stable foundation at the core and spine. Pilates is gentle on the joints and easily modifiable for any skill level to achieve a great workout.

Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled before 48 hours of the appointment.
