Payments for evaluations with Dr. Jennifer Melancon, PT, DPT (The Scar Lady™) are non-refundable and required prior to scheduling sessions.  A 48-hour cancellation is required for treatment and/or reschedule requests within 14 days of the appointment.  In the event of sickness, Dr. Jen will work with you to reschedule when you are well again. Packages must be used within 60 days of purchase and may be used toward wellness services.
